Blessings to you on Mother's Day!
Mother’s Day is not celebrated in Tanzania but there are 56 mothers and grandmothers in our program we wish to honor. These women, in their old age, do not enjoy the comfort of their families’ presence. The Rwandan genocide in 1994 disrupted family life and many adult children scattered to other African nations for security, leaving their elders behind. These are some of the people The Village Angels of Tanzania cares for.
These women don’t need flowers, they need food, or a bed or some hut repairs. To honor the mother or mothers in your life, would you consider sending “best wishes” to one of these mothers? Here’s how it works: you decide on your donation, and we will buy for them one of the gifts listed below.
